Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Deja Brew, we keep customer satisfaction as our utmost priority, therefore we are answerable for all the products brought on our website. We accept, return, refund and cancellation if there is any mistake on our end, under the below conditions.
1. If you are delivered a different item than what you had ordered, please contact us within 3 days via email or by filling return form under my account , so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and replaced. Also, the product must be unopened & unused and returned along with the original packaging.
2. If you happen to receive a defective tea ware, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to info@mydejabrew.com or by filling return form under my account within 3 days of the purchase. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.

For returns and refunds, please provide us the proof if you receive a wrong or damaged product. You can do it by clicking a picture and sending it to info@mydejabrew.com. No refund will be issued without proofs.

Once Deja Brew approves the refund, it will be issued to the original source account provided at the time of purchase. After the refund has been initiated, as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect on the customer account within 15 Business Days.

The customer may cancel the order if he/she wishes to. However, the order cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. If, for any other reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at info@mydejabrew.com
